Consultations

At Lyss Luxe, every patient receives a consultation prior to receiving individual treatment. It may not be possible to have a treatment without a prior consultation. A deposit may be taken at the consultation for the next appointment where treatment will be provided. Lyss Luxe will provide you with all the information necessary to make informed decisions about treatments. Clients should be honest at the consultation and report any allergies they may have. If a client does not disclose any allergies and then goes on to have an allergic reaction, Lyss Luxe does not hold any responsibility but will continue to treat the client as necessary. 

Appointments and deposits

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be £25, or 10% of the treatment price, whichever is greater. The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price.

Cancellation fees and late arrivals

Cancellations can be made via phone, in person or email and should be at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to turn up for bookings without prior notice will lose their deposit. Deposits can be transferred onto a new appointment with prior notice. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if clients are more than 10 minutes late, or this may result in treatment time being reduced. 

Valuables

Please ensure you retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be hold responsible for any lost items.
